Home Made Cookies With a Personal Touch
500g butter, softened
200g caster sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
500g plain flour
PREPARATION METHOD
Preheat oven to 180c / Gas mark 4
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
Stir in vanilla;add flour and mix well
Roll out to 1cm thickness and
add your own personal touch with HOME MADE STAMP
Bake for 10 – 12 minutes
