Metro featured the glowing Open Up Lamp from the Science Museum Shop, designed by their very own Inventor-In-Residence, Mark Champkins. His fabulous invention involves an expanding lampshade, opening up when the lamp is turned on, and closing when turned off. This beautiful lampshade is sure to brighten up any room!
