I’m Emily and this is my last day of work experience at the wonderful Neat PR office! My two weeks here have been both fun and educational, teaching me about everything that contributes to retail PR. Having known that I’ve wanted to go into a PR career for a while now, the experience has been incredibly valuable. Helping out with press releases, alerts, and finding press opportunities for clients have given me many skills to take with me into the future whilst giving me so much excitement for what lies ahead!
Everyone in the office has been absolutely lovely and I would like to thank them for the responsibilities that they’ve given me whilst guiding me through them all.
Have a great weekend!
My name is Lucy and for the past 2 weeks I have been interning at Neat PR and learning all about the fabulous world of public relations.
Throughout my time here I have been lucky enough to work with a number of exciting clients. With such a vast range of products it is safe to say there is never a dull day in the office!
From sending samples to journalists to writing press releases and updating monthly press books, the past fortnight has really shown me just how fun and busy PR life can be.
I have loved my time here and I am sad it has all come to an end so soon! I would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Neat PR for being so welcoming, and for their constant help and support during my time in the office.
See you soon! x
I hope you’ve all had a good week so far. Here at Neat, we have had another busy week with fabulous coverage in the Independent, Tatler, Shortlist and Time Out magazine. This week we have had an addition to the team in the form of Lucy – welcome. Lucy has been really helpful from writing press releases to sending out samples to huge publications!
From breakfasts with journalists to dinner dates with potential suitors it has been a social week for all! With the lead up to Christmas having officially started the team are feeling driven and excited for the weeks ahead!
Have a great weekend from all the team x
Finally, the Sun has come back! I was beginning to think that the British Summer was finito.
Have fun this weekend whilst keeping safe in the Sun with Rockin’ Baby.
Over the weekend bloggers were invited to the Latitude Riverside Festival which was a theatrical festival on the Southbank…right outside the National Theatre! A weekend of fun was topped off by a visit to the Theatre shop where bloggers had a chance to see some very exciting products! Take a look on their website and see for yourself here! Or, read a review here.

The newly launched Real to Reel exhibition at the Imperial War Museum London goes behind the camera to discover the inspirations for War movies. A particular favourite in the office in Saving Private Ryan…
The Imperial War Museum shop has lots of exciting products to accompany the exhibition which include Whisky Candles, Bourbon Candles and Light-Boxes (pictured). The products are great as gifts or even to add a vintage touch to your home!
Our super-cool client, Factorylux is shaking up the world of lighting with its new retail pop-up #TheVan. Blurring the lines between online and in store, this fully immersive ‘showroom on wheels’ hot-wires you straight to the heart of their factory in Yorkshire allowing you to design your tailor-made Factorylux lighting – the world’s first next day bespoke lighting service. #TheVan is currently parked up at The Old Truman Brewery (just off London’s Brick Lane) but last Friday took to the road to visit the beautiful location below in Kimmeridge (just outside Bournemouth).
Who knows where it’ll end up next?
